Interested in the 8-week mindfulness course?
What is it?
The group 8-week mindfulness course follows the Mindfulness Now programme. Mindfulness Now is a programme based on the same principles as Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It follows a structured and evidence-based approach and is intended to help people cope more effectively with a whole range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, chronic pain and sleep issues.

A detailed individual assessment before starting the course
8x 90-minute group sessions (weekly)
Individual, personalised audio recordings for you to practise with outside of class
A 1-to-1 check-in session halfway through the course
Homework and self-help exercises and tools
Ongoing open-ended support after course completion

This is an online course taking place on zoom from the comfort of your own home.

The programme costs £400 per person, though I am always happy to discuss reduced fees for those who might need it.
